Exchange Policy

1. Zimmal's fashion does not offer cash refunds

2. If there is a size issue or if the product is damaged, the customer will be offered an exchange or a coupon of the same value to shop from the store.

if the customer finds any damage or fault article, they must send the return parcel through Pakistan Post courier service to the store's address.
5. The item can only be exchanged if it is not the same as in the picture.
6. If the customer wants to exchange an article after receiving their order, they must pay both side delivery charges as there was no issue from the store's end.
7. The store allows all clients to exchange their purchased articles if they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
8. Any article purchased can be exchanged within three days.
9. Exchange is allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and then the customer can proceed.
